Spend a day in the gardens/classroom at Plant Delights Nursery at Juniper Level Botanic Gardens photographing stunning spring garden landscapes and blooming flowers. This all-day photo workshop is designed for all levels of photography. Create your vision and learn photo techniques that will lift your images to the next level. Discover and capture beautiful garden images based on color, shape, and texture. The workshop will focus on compositional design, close-up techniques, and will offer Photoshop® and Photoshop Elements® instruction. Participants will receive online pre-workshop instruction, an illustrated handout, personal attention, and shooting time in the gardens with the instructor. The day culminates with a critique of participants' work. Josh has conducted workshops at the US Botanic Garden, the Smithsonian, Brookside Gardens, Longwood Gardens, Plant Delights Nursery, and many more. He was also a judge for the 2009 Garden Writers Association National Media Awards and the 2010 Mid-Atlantic Nature Photo Expo. (Lunch on your own.)
